DMEautomotive’s Driver Connect 2.5 App has been awarded with an Automotive Website Award from PCG Consulting.
The team praises DMEautomotive’s mobile app for its well-designed features and ability to increase customer retention. The app is customized for each dealership to enhance branding for customers.
The app gives customers a great shopping experience; the app consolidates inventory across all dealers in a group to keep the customer within their brand instead of straying to a competitor in search of their perfect vehicle. Special offers, such as service specials or specials on specific models, can be targeted based on the vehicle they own.
It is also easy for customers to use and store necessary information. Consumers can manage their vehicle’s complete service history, making all those printed papers obsolete. Appointments can be scheduled from the app and the dealership.
Dealers can send push messages to their customers, like an equity alert, to re-engage customers. Service advisors can push an alert to the customer when their car is ready.
DMEautomotive Awarded at the 2014 Automotive Website Awards
The winners of Automotive Website Awards are selected by PCG Consulting, a vendor neutral company created to train and assist dealers in making informed decisions on vendors and services. By working with all vendors, the team is knowledgeable on many solutions that fit the needs of each unique dealership.
The AWAs recognize the best design, technology and search architecture for automotive website platforms. Awards were handed out on Friday, January 24, 2014, just prior to NADA.
All winners are included in the 2014 AWA Research Book and Buyers Guide. This comprehensive book features over 200 pages of reviews, tips and screenshots and is available for purchase online and at Booth 7218 at NADA.
