PCG is pleased to announce that Conversica has won a 2017 Automotive Website Award in the Fixed Operations category for their product, Automotive Sales Assistant.

Conversica is an artificial intelligence communication platform that increases bi-directional consumer engagement to convert more CRM leads into sales. The software monitors email engagement with consumers in the CRM and sends its own, personalized email communications with the right message, at the right time. When a consumer engages with a Conversica email, a “hot lead” alert is sent to dealership personnel.

Fixed Operations has been a major theme in the past year, which has lead to the growing development of new technology and marketing tools to increase revenue and retention.
