PCG is pleased to announce that CDK Global has won a 2018 AWA Award in the Digital Marketing category for their Likely Buyer solution. 

Utilizing shopper data from the CDK Customer Cloud, CDK automatically optimizes ad spend across paid search, social, and display to retarget media channels in real time. By including a dealer’s DMS customer data and CDK  website data to build and target customer lookalike programs, CDK is able to find more buyers. CDK is also optimizing dealer Facebook campaigns for ‘likely buyers,’ not just clicks. The CDK Likely Buyer model uses 50+ signals to identify highly engaged customers who will ultimately perform better for the dealer. Based on this information, the CDK program will bid more, less, (or not at all) for Facebook ads based on the shopper analysis. Expanded data mining and implementation of the Likely Buyer optimization delivers 2.75X more engagement actions than using Facebook tools alone.
