PCG is pleased to announce that Conversica has won a 2018 AWA Award in the Fixed Operations category for their product, AI Service Assistant. 

Conversica is successfully integrating the use of a personable and extremely helpful virtual assistant with the capability to touch far more service customers, more persistently and with greater individual attention, than would be possible for dealership service staff alone. Its outreach has the impact of improving customer satisfaction, generating revenue opportunities, influencing higher service traffic, and ultimately performing as a customer retention tool.

Fixed Operations has become a major theme the past few years, which has lead to the growing development of new technology and marketing tools to increase revenue and retention.
