PCG is pleased to announce that Dealer Inspire has won a 2018 AWA Award in the Website Merchandising category for their product, Conversations.  

Conversations, which debuted a new look this year, is fast, mobile, and fully integrated with text messaging, Facebook Messenger, and Google My Business. It comes standard with a friendly chat bot that can greet shoppers, answer questions, and capture leads with natural language.  Customers can text, from any platform, the dealership’s unique number and each text routes through the Conversations platform. The platform also has SMS Outbound Messaging, so that texts with customers can be initiated at any time. The messaging platform turns 75% of chats into leads by connecting customers to dealerships the way they want to.

The science and technology of displaying inventory and offers on a dealer’s website is continually changing, along with today’s consumers’ expectations of their shopping experience. Award recipients in the Website Merchandising category continue to enhance existing products and deliver new solutions to help this area of our industry grow.
