PCG is pleased to announce that DealerSocket has won a 2018 AWA Award in the Fixed Operations category for their service solution. 

DealerSocket’s integrated service platform allows dealers to increase customer retention and loyalty by managing the complete customer lifecycle from pre and post-sale and from equity mining. Internally, service personnel needed the ability to implement tasks, transact appointments, and get reminders just like the sales team. What makes DealerSocket’s service platform perform smoothly is the seamless integration with most DMS providers, and the ability to incorporate all historical service data. Appointments can be pushed, from any device, into the DMS, tying in Op Codes and converting appointments into Repair Orders. The robust customer data record is available to be used for sales and service marketing.

Fixed Operations has become a major theme the past few years, which has lead to the growing development of new technology and marketing tools to increase revenue and retention.
