PCG is pleased to announce that AutoHook, powered by Urban Science, has won a 2018 AWA Award in the Sales Process category for their solution, TrafficView.
TrafficView provides dealers with a 360° view of their sales and defection trends plus lost sales to top competing dealers or brands within their market. Using TrafficView, dealers can view their CRM data from an entirely new perspective in order to expose problem areas within both internal and external sales operations. Unlike any other report, TrafficView clearly pinpoints where a dealer is losing the most sales, which competitors or brands they’re losing to, how many sales they’re losing within a certain time frame, which models are underperforming, and more—all in one report.
