Higher Gear has been awarded an AWA from PCG Consulting in the CRM Performance category.
Higher Gear provides dealers with an easy to use CRM solution that offers multiple services. As a “boutique” solution, the CRM is designed so that the entire company can use it and can be used for tasks such as maintaining leads, transferring phone calls and even payroll! Once a salesperson logins, their dashboard houses all of the tasks they would do during the day.
The interface includes a mix of updated features as well as features that have been described as “old school,” which was done purposely with feedback from dealers.
Higher Gear’s mobile app, MobileUps, is also easy to use and provides the ability for salespeople to scan VIN numbers to easily enter information into the CRM.
Other features of the CRM include eZAppraise, a comprehensive appraisal tool, and MarketMaker, software that provides the offered sales prices of vehicles in a geographic range around the dealership.

The 2014 AWAs were award Friday, January 24, just prior to NADA. Recipients were awarded based on eight categories, including:

- Automotive Mobile Apps
- Website Marketing Software (i.e. paid search, retargeting, video packages)
- Website Add-On Software (i.e. chat, web incentives)
- Automotive Classifieds
The winners of AWAs are recognized for being the best in the automotive industry. Research for the awards was done by PCG Consulting, a vendor neutral company well educated on the many vendors available for dealers.
